Job Context

• Yusuf flour mills limited has started its journey in the year 1977 as manufacturer/wholesaler/retailer of Atta, Maida, Suji and Bhushi. This company is continuing its business with prominent reputation since its inception. This company is enlisted in the Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited. Producing quality product with the vision to satisfy the customer is the main motto of Yusuf Flour Mills Limited.
• Job Location: Dhaka and Frequent visit to other districts

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the sales team to increase Sales and Market Share.
• Recruitment, Training and Motivation of sales team to generate sales.
• Follow up the day to day sales activities of the sales team and ensure daily sales targets.
• Need to sale at least 8,000 to 9,000 MT of Flour per month.
• Continuous market analysis to penetrate new market and increase sales in the existing market.
• Follow up competitors activity to increase market shares.
• Appoint new dealers/distributors and motivate existing dealers/distributors to increase market shares.
• Follow up existing corporate party/institution sales and search for new corporate party/institution.
• Update the Management with the results findings and methods of the works.
• Need to collect the daily market rate of Wheat, Corn, Paddy, Rice, Flour, Maida, Suji, Bran, Bhushi and report to the management.
• Any Other Responsibilities assign by the management.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum BA/BCom./BSc in any Discipline

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience working in the FMCG Market.
• Educational qualifications will be relaxed for experienced candidates.
