Job Context

  • Duration of contract: Initially up to 31 December 2022 (with the possibility of extension).
  • Reporting to: Finance and Admin Officer, Bhasan Char Operation.
  • Duty Station: Bhasan Char, Hatiya Noakhali.

Job Responsibilities

  • Performing general official clerical duties and errands.
  • Managing filing system.
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Coordinating events as necessary.
  • Maintaining supply inventory.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Perform all the banking-related job of the organization.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed institute.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • At least 01 years of working experience in relevant field.
  • Good Computer skills.
  • Organizing, Coordination and Planning skills.
  • Sound knowledge in subject area.
  • Should be able to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to facilitate regular field visit.
  • Fluent in English and Bangla.
  • Age limit : 30 years (age limit will be relaxed in case of the potential candidate).
