Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the following departments: Logistics & Procurement, Floor Maintenance, Food & Beverage.
  • Maintain and ensure the office environment is safe, healthy, hygienic, and as per the company’s standards.
  • Update & records all the office purchase, rent, and bills and submit periodically.
  • Professionally purchase requisitions & orders.
  • Maintain office inventory effectively and efficiently and keep up to date in real-time.
  • Provide accurate information by answering questions and requests.
  • Monitor & update maintenance log of office equipment and plan accordingly.
  • Guide & train office assistants, divide responsibilities and ensure a balance of workload among them.
  • Monitor and ensure clean & quality food preparation by the cook, monitor grocery expenses.
  • Ensure sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
  • Act as a liaison with all the department.

  • Can work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of the information.
