Job Responsibilities

• Understanding of customer requirement, identify product gaps, develop new product and drive product launch activities to ensure growth of lending business
• Propose product strategy and roadmap and translate product strategies into detailed requirements to ensure customer acquisition and portfolio management
• Drive execution of lending related process, policies and projects within specific timeline for improving business process and increased efficiency across multiple stakeholders
• Prioritize scope and activities based on business and customer impact
• Analyze portfolio, customer needs, trend, competitor status for opportunities and differentiation
• Prepare strategy document such as memo, process note, policy documents, business specification document describing business cases and technical requirements
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders for implementation and monitoring of strategies, policies, process in line with regulatory guidelines
• Plan and drive initiatives relevant to product promotion along with insights on key differentiation and messages

• Graduation from any reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record, preferably in business administration

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Minimum two years of work experience in the relevant field
• Analytical skills for analyzing retail loan proposals as per bank’s policy
• Proficiency in preparing reports, memo and other proposal documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
• Must be willing to visit different locations for market study, training and other official purposes
• Ability to complete assignments in a timely and effective manner
• Be self-propelled, customer-centric, team player and capable of meeting deadlines
