Job Context

We are looking for smart, energetic, dynamic and hardworking incumbent for the distribution team. The incumbent will be responsible for distribution operation in alignment with company policy and procedure.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage all distribution operations at depots to achieve the company’s goals
• Ensure on-time delivery as per the preplanned delivery schedule
• Ensure efficiency in logistic movements (e.g., timely arrangement of trucks) at respective distribution point.
• Finalize Dispatch and Logistics Plans for respective customer order as per the customer demand and availability of finished products
• Management reporting as per assigned and prescribed format (EXCEL/from Internal system)
• Monitor & ensure physical Inventory without short or excess by implementing FIFO 100%
• Coordinate with Distribution In-charge for timely dispatch of goods from warehouse to customer as per existing and potential customer orders
• Follow all distribution SOPs including documentation of orders and sales returns and waste management at depot.
• Negotiate with transporters for costs & delivery within timelines.
• Monitor performance & quality of approved transporters.
• Prepare all required distribution related reports (Inventory Report, Monthly Delivery, Slow-moving & Non-moving) for submitting central distribution at Head Office.
• Take initiatives to reduce Sales Returns.
• Operating overall Depot activities as per company’s Distribution Policy.
• Manage staffs of warehouse to maintain smooth operation.
• Any other duties as per instruction of the management.
