Job Responsibilities

• Leave, Attendance and Over time Management In HR Software
• Assist to Recruitment & selection Process
• Support to Payroll Team
• Employee personal file Management
• childcare monitoring, Female locker management, Female uniform management
• Different types of HR reporting
• Co-ordinate work from home Procedure
• Conduct exit interview & Proceed employee resignation procedure
• Look after female welfare issues(Maternity issue /etc)
• daily production floor visit and ensure smooth communication in all level
• To face different social compliance audit
• Any other task assign by the employer and department Manager

Educational Requirements

• BBA/MBA from reputed university.

Experience Requirements

• At most 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Good skill in English Language
• Good skill in MS Excel,MS Word & Power Point
• Good Knowledge in EPZ Labor Act 2019 & Bangladesh Labor Act 2006
