    Permanent after successful completion of probationary period.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operational execution of all HR activities and providing operational support on all aspects of HR department.
  • Maintaining digital and electronic records of all employees with hard copy.
  • Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events and maintaining agenda.
  • Maintaining and updating employees’ database with necessary joining documents.
  • Managing shift plan, leave and record.
  • Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefits related issue for all level of employees.
  • Providing Information to Learning and Development team according to TNA of employees
  • Coordinating training sessions and seminars to the worker and management staff.
  • Developing and implementing policies and issues such as working conditions, performance management and disciplinary procedures.
  • Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
  • Negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions, contract and redundancy.
  • Maintain social compliance according to labor law & rules as well as prepare & update documentation.
  • Performing additional administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • PGDHRM will get advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    HR Operations

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 32 years
  • Ability to work well on under pressure.
  • Should have good interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and explain Labor law
  • Potential to handle conflict
