Job Context

Responsible for the day-to-day store/ inventory functions to ensure hospital`s targets and objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform day to day store operation along with Physical inventory counting and reconciliation with system stock,
• Monitor stock shelf life and update regularly and prepare expiry report,
• Maintain FIFO (First in first out) method system on physical issuing,
• Perform GWP (Good warehousing practices) according to standard,
• Coordination with cross functional team as per requirement,
• Monitor non-moving and slow-moving items and update supervisor regularly.

Educational Requirements

• Graduate in Supply Chain Management/ Finance/ Accounting/ Economics from reputed University

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 30 years
• Good accounting knowledge,
• Good understanding on warehouse best practices.
