Job Responsibilities

• Collect & manage all data from the field operation for according to company guideline.
• Monitor sales operations team through tracking process daily.
• Review individual sales team performance.
• Record customer details as per operational guideline.
• Build a strong relationship with customers and deal with them.
• Give constructively feed back to the management daily basis.
• Perform others task as and when assigned by the management.
• Always keep information confidential and maintain the guide line of the company management.
• Collecting, Compiling and organization market and sales data.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data as guiding of the department.
• Monitoring and assessing sales performance competition activity customer and market trends.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Able to present reports to the top management through MS power point.
• Must be good in both Bangla and English language.
• Able to competition analytical skill through market in intelligent.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetic, Consumer, Toiletries, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG) industry.
• Computer skill MS office, Presentation skill, Typing Bangla & English language.
