Job Context

Job Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating and monitoring the work of production staffs.
• Manage and motivate production staffs to deliver exceptional work.
• Attend team meeting to discuss about production status and ongoing problems.
• Work with production team to ensure cost effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
• Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staffs.
• Manage all day to day production activities of the respective concern.
• Plan and work for production and process re-engineering to update the product and quality as well as minimize the cost accordingly.
• Ensuring utilization of factory capacity considering product mix, analyze optimum vs actual production, raw material availability to meet the marketing demands in time, and report to the management accordingly.
• Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Performing such other duties and responsibilities whenever assigned by Superior authority time to time.
