Planning, coordinating and monitoring the work of production staffs.
Manage and motivate production staffs to deliver exceptional work.
Attend team meeting to discuss about production status and ongoing problems.
Work with production team to ensure cost effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staffs.
Manage all day to day production activities of the respective concern.
Plan and work for production and process re-engineering to update the product and quality as well as minimize the cost accordingly.
Ensuring utilization of factory capacity considering product mix, analyze optimum vs actual production, raw material availability to meet the marketing demands in time, and report to the management accordingly.
Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Performing such other duties and responsibilities whenever assigned by Superior authority time to time.
