Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain timely disbursement of salary as well as festival bonus, Ex-gratia, maternity benefits etc.
  • Maintain annual assessment & confirmation process.
  • Maintain Job Description of employee.
  • Mentor team members to enrich performance for HR & administrative support service.
  • Provide counseling and assistance to employees at specific level in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation.
  • Maintain liaison with support service providers like Recruiting agencies, Banks, Telco, Catering, ID card, Security & cleaning vendors etc.
  • You will be required to coordinate and manage the payroll process for the organization and possibly at department/company wise if required.
  • You may be heading up a team of payroll administrators and in this instance it will be your responsibility to ensure they carry out their duties correctly and prepare and run the required payroll reports to support the company’s accounts.
  • The Payroll Manager is required to check and audit all payrolls to ensure legislative and awards compliance (tax compliance, superannuation etc.) is adhered.
  • Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.
  • Any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management time to time.

Educational Requirements

  • BBA/ MBA in HRM from any reputed University.
  • Post Graduate Diploma in HRM will get preference.

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 32 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Self motivated
  • Problem solving ability.
  • Good Command in using MS Office Package. Specially Excel, Word & Power Point.
  • Sound knowledge on Labor Law
