    A reputed multinational Knit Garments Manufacturing Company is looking for a potential candidate as Officer/ Senior Officer, Human Resource department.



Job Context

  • Ever Smart Bangladesh Ltd. is a multinational apparel manufacturing industry. It is a member of the Crystal International Group Limited, Hong Kong and started operation in 2010.
  • We are looking for experienced HR Senior/ Officer responsible for managing all aspects of employee recruitment. S/he oversees the process to ensure procedures are followed in a fair and transparent manner. H/she works closely with hiring managers to process forms, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and communicates with candidates and provides a high quality and professional human resources Recruitment service through the effective administration of HR recruitment system based on Recruitment policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting and participating in all recruitment Process collecting applications, facilitating the candidate’s assessment (written Test and Interview), reference checks, negotiation, offering and employment contract.
  • Lead all recruitment processes in coordination with hiring managers.
  • Ensure that vacancy announcements are standardized and are in line with benchmark for each position.
  • Responsible to prepare monthly planning of headcount projection.
  • Preparing the induction frameworks by coordination with all relevant departments to provide the full inductions to the new staff.
  • Send job offer in writing and verbally to successful and notify unsuccessful candidate.
  • Coordinate logistic arrangement for new staff to ensure that new staff receive adequate information about the organization and its systems, policies and procedures, work desk, computer, email address, insurances, etc.
  • Ensuring that probations for new staff are set and assessed properly and on time.
  • Ensuring that all required documents are collected from new staff.
  • Keep track of all ongoing recruitments.
  • Support on maintaining personnel files and documentation of all employees.
  • Issue employment certificate and conduct exit interview, clearance form.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Accounting/ Mathematics / HRM will get priority

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    RMG sector, Shortage manpower recruit capability

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 25 years
  • Experience on RMG and working with worker will be given preference.
  • Having strong knowledge on MS Excel will be given preference.
