Assist in executing overall purchase requirements of the company and ensure on time delivery of products
Assist in vendor selection/enlistment through comparative study. Negotiate with vendors for getting products at a reasonable, market competitive prices
Prepare purchase order & all kinds of bills of purchase and complete necessary procedures within stipulated time frame
Ensure product specification in time of procurement to reduce the rejection of purchased items
Prepare and submit daily, weekly & monthly reports and ensure on- time entry of all purchase records in ERP
Recommend new ideas for improving the procurement process that is cost efficient for the department

Educational Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical engineering/ Mechatronics engineering from a reputed university; PGD in supply chain management will be preferred
Experience Requirements
1 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
1 to 3 year(s) experience in the procurement department of any Group of Companies
Experience in feed mill equipment procurement will be preferred
Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and using in-house ERP modules
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla
