Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality benchmark of the products
• Guide and take necessary steps to minimize the cost and rejection rate of the products
• Check the sample, requisition sheet, and costing sheet before approval
• Plan, supervise, and monitor the production process to supply products within the lead time
• Assist to develop the process as per the organizational needs.
• Guide and motivate the producers, suppliers, and weavers
• Distribute error-free design/order to producers/ suppliers on time

Educational Requirements

• A Graduate or Post graduate with Science / Commerce background from any reputed university

Additional Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience on merchandising or any other textile or garments sector
• Skilled in MS Office, and e-mail communication
• Knowledge of yarn, fabric, weaving / knitting, dyeing & finishing process, garments manufacturing process etc.
• Good motorcycle driving skills along with a valid driving license will be added advantage
• Location: Madhabdi, Narsingdi
