Operations manager’s core responsibilities are to supervise all restaurant activities and ensure compliance to all company standards and prepare various reports accurately and within a timeframe. Strong practical knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
Competent user of restaurant management software’s.
Managing multiple outlet staff’s work schedules.
Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
Oversee all front and back operations of outlets.
Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
Maintain quality control for all foods served.
Conduct employee evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience.
Forecasting future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.
Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards.
Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
Train up new employees and provide resourceful training for all staff.
Prepare P&L, COG, GSRM Reports.
