Job Context

    The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the travel agency to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality travel services and a positive experience for customers. The Operations Manager will work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, accounting, and HR to ensure smooth operation of the agency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the travel agency, including booking travel
  • arrangements, managing reservations, and ensuring timely delivery of services. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as sales, marketing, accounting, and HR to ensure smooth operation of the agency.
  • Manage logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and tour activities to ensure a seamless travel experience for customers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to the travel industry.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to improve performance.
  • Manage and train staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services to customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure the availability of necessary resources for travel services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and addressing issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 32 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • 5+ years of experience in travel agency operations management. Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel booking software.
