The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the travel agency to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality travel services and a positive experience for customers. The Operations Manager will work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, accounting, and HR to ensure smooth operation of the agency.
Manage day-to-day operations of the travel agency, including booking travel
arrangements, managing reservations, and ensuring timely delivery of services. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments such as sales, marketing, accounting, and HR to ensure smooth operation of the agency.
Manage logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and tour activities to ensure a seamless travel experience for customers.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to the travel industry.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to improve performance.
Manage and train staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services to customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure the availability of necessary resources for travel services.
