Job Context

Work as an Ophthalmic Assistant, supporting ophthalmic check-up including eye examinations. Provide quality service at UHC & DC, provide necessary advice of service seeker. Coordination with other project staffs as well as project participants.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage eye patient daily.
• Support ophthalmic check-up including eye examination through trial set, slit lamp and other ophthalmic equipment
• Follow strictly the clinical protocol developed by the project
• Provide selective eye care services to each patients
• Provide refraction services and dispending appropriate medicine and spectacles
• Communicate to the respective person of the hospital for referral services
• Provide effective counseling to the patients for completion of services
• Provide all support to eye consultant during eye check up
• Inform to the centre manager for any problem facing in daily operation of the centre

Educational Requirements

• HSC
• Preferred Professional Certification: Ophthalmic Assistant Course

• At least 1 year(s)
