Job Responsibilities
Lead & motivate a team by providing answer and guidance, handle escalation, and support to perform their job.
Monitors or reviews calls, Data analysis, Prepare day to day/weekly/monthly performance report.
Handle customer complaints, issues and manage critical customers and resolve it.
People management skill and develop agents/staff through coaching, mentoring by using motivational techniques.
Team performance follow up & monitoring with real time customer feedback & follow up.
Prepare/simplify service process/guideline for team/agents and work with frequently asked questions from customer end.
To take responsibility for the day-to-day operation/supervision of any direct reports.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements
Graduation from any reputed Govt/ Private University preferably in Nutrition/ Food Science.
Additional Requirements
Only females are allowed to apply
5 to 7 years of job experience in Customer Service Division with 2 year as supervisory position.
Experience of supervising a team.
Call center experience/online customer service experience/E-commerce experience.
A good understanding of working with KPIs & working with call pressure.
Verbal and written communication skills with.
Report writing.
Computer skill is must.
