Job Responsibilities

  • Receiving visitors at the Chairman’s office by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
  • To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, and documents, and dispatching them to the concerned by keeping a proper record.
  • Maintaining records related to Chairman’s Office.
  • Answering screening and forwarding and keeping records of incoming and outgoing phone calls and messages and working as a group team member.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Receiving and sorting forwarding/distributing, and replaying daily mail as per requirement.
  • Update calendars, schedule, informal & formal meetings, and upcoming programs category-wise also.
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries, making appointments, and fixing meetings & schedules.
  • Counsel to visitor queries over the phone or face to face.
  • Overall management of the Chairman’s Office.
  • Ensure the Chairman’s office area is properly maintained with a view to the image of the company.
  • Take dictation and prepare necessary write-ups and documents as guided by the Chairman.
  • Confidentiality of Chairman’s Office.
  • Other company tasks as assigned.

Educational Requirements

  • MBA/Master’s degree in any discipline.
  • Training/Trade Course: computer,Business Communication,Office Management
  • Skills Required: Communications skills (both written and oral in English), Internet Browsing, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Administration, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Leadership and Good Communication skill., Meeting Management, Office Management, Social Media Management

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 35 years
