Job Responsibilities

• Undertaking research and recommending research result;
• Evaluating risk, prepare financial forecasts and financing scenario;
• Making financial recommendation for the top Management;
• Keeping knowledge up-dated about the global & national economy as well as the financial market;
• Monitoring the Portfolio of the Mutual Fund and the Company;
• Assessing and interpreting complicated financial information;
• Putting adequate efforts in designing policies, procedure, operating memorandum, control framework etc;
• Be accountable for maintaining and growing the business of the Fund and the Company;
• Conduct research and analysis of investment and economic topics and actively communicating investment ideas / views with high conviction;
• Preparing Teaser, information memorandum and investment proposals;
• Designing and developing new fund/services.

Educational Requirements

• Masters of Business Administration in Finance/Accounting.
• A qualified or partly qualified CFA.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Corporate Banking / Merchant Banking / Asset Management Companies / Stock Brokerage House.
• Proven track record in investment activities, financial modeling, managing Mutual Fund etc.
• Business judgment and problem-solving skills anticipating short-term and long-term implications.
• High degree of diplomacy and sensitivity in dealing with Stakeholders at all levels.
• Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Time and stress management skills.
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
• Good communications skills in English and Bangla and ability to synthesize and present information effectively and tailored to different audiences.
