Educational Requirements

• Applicants should have minimum 4 years’ Graduation in any subject/ discipline from UGC approved reputed University / Foreign University with at least CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 or First Class/equivalent result and minimum GPA 4.00 out of 5.00 in SSC, HSC and equivalent levels. In case of “O” level and “A” level, minimum “5Bs” and “2Bs” respectively

Additional Requirements

• Competencies: All applicants must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and working knowledge of computer applications especially in MS Office and Internet
• Nationality: Applicant must be a Bangladeshi citizen
• Age: Not over 30 years as on October 20, 2022

Salary

• Selected Probationary Officer shall remain on probation for a period of 1 (one) year with consolidated salary of Tk. 55,000/- per month. During probation period Probationary Officers will have to go through rigorous on-the-job and classroom training program. On satisfactory completion of probation period, Probationary Officer will be confirmed as Senior Officer in the regular scale of the Bank of Tk. 65,000/- per month with other admissible benefits
