Preparing and implementing effective sales & promotional plans for the assigned products.
Prepare & execute monthly/yearly promotional plan including promo materials & promotional activities (assigned products).
Gathering market intelligence by developing an effective network, sources and reports.
Understanding Crop-Pest relationships and design/prepare/propose effective marketing strategies.
Visiting the market frequently to formulate competitive marketing strategies according to prevailing market conditions.
Working closely with the regulatory affairs department for searching new molecules, and find alternative sources of existing molecules.
Registration & label extension related issues.
Generating innovative ideas of product diversification for future requirements
Designing effective sales promotion plan in line with the current market scenario.
Prepare Monthly/Yearly (Cascading into the month) Import Plan.
Manage and improve Inventory Turnover Ratio (DSI) through justified Inventory management.
Analyse the market gaps and propose New Molecules, Label Extension of Existing Molecules and Source Change of Existing Molecules to the R &D Department.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys among farmers, channel partners & DAE and review the marketing strategies.
Any other job assigned by Supervisor.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Agriculture or BBA & MBA in Marketing from any reputed university.
B.Sc. in Agriculture with MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
Age at most 35 years
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Product Management will be preferable.
