Job Description



Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to preset goals.
  • Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and upgrade & maintain quality standards.
  • Responsible for preparing production plan and execute accordingly with the consent of the factory management.
  • Responsible for submitting periodically raw materials collection and Finished Products making & reserve status report to the Top management.
  • To liaise with the sales and marketing division to develop and implement strategies for driving sales of newly introduced or seasonal products.
  • Develop & implement a production schedule that meets the needs of the marketing team and ensures safety stock of raw materials, Packaging Materials & finished goods to meet the market demand & make sure proper & timely distribution process.
  • Prepare Periodical storage, physical distribution & movement plan as per production plan.
  • To control the wastage % of the factory to a minimum level.
  • Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and timely delivery of products.
  • Establish and enforce company policies as per GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and safety procedures for staff.
  • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
  • To provide a clear sense of direction in Production Operation.
  • Stay & keep up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts.
  • Prepare & implement monthly & yearly production plans and budgets to communicate with the Sales & Marketing Division.
  • To monitor and supervise sales order, purchase and stock of raw materials in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with QC Team to review product consistency while monitoring to determine trends and areas of improvement.
  • To identify and monitor equipment repair and maintenance works promptly.
  • To address and monitor operational, technical and mechanical issues in time.
  • Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
  • Plan and assign daily job duties to workers & Technical staff.
  • Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

  • 5 to 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 30 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Must have 5- 10 years experience in food industries.
