Job Responsibilities

• Set daily/weekly/monthly production target and communicate those to the concerned employees.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules as per requirement.
• Oversee the entire production process.
• Reduce wastage of resources, Minimize cost of production & improve efficiency of Production.
• Keep the record of the batch, packing quantity, volume of the production and keep record others production related data.
• Take effective action against machine problem and try to solve any troubleshooting.
• Ensure the cleanliness of machine and production area after production.
• Check production output according to the specifications.
• Train new employees on safely use of machinery and its procedure.
• Must develop and introduce methods to increase productivity at the production line.
• Adjust the machine fine tuning to maintain proper quality and wastage.
• Submit the consumption of RM and PM to the cost and budget department in daily basis.
• Ensure good health, environment & Safety all production team.
• Perform any other operation related tasks assigned by line manager.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical, Electrical, IP Engineering

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)

• Ability to apply knowledge to general rules to specific problems to exercise critical thinking and problem-solving skills
