Job Context

Working experience Interior with government/non government tender/authority.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with local consultant and foreign Consultant regarding Architectural/Civil/MEP/Fire/Transport/Lighting System Etc.
• Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
• Assisting with resource scheduling so the team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.
• Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
• Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, and schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manager.
• Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeeping.
• Support team members when implementing risk management strategies.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc in Civil Engineering or B Architect from any Public university, preferably from BUET, KUET, or any foreign institution.

Experience Requirements

• At least 15 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 45 to 60 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Project management certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), project. Management professional (PMP) or similar.
• Working knowledge of project management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must have an experience of Leadership/ Co-ordination of Civil, Architecture, MEP, HVAC System, Fire Etc; of a big project like Airport/Stadium/High-rise Building/Hotel etc.
• Must have working experience in multinational companies.
• Preference will be given to those having work experience in multinational companies.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English very well.
• Must have a relevant project experience from green field to commissioning.
• Should have leadership quality.
