Job Responsibilities

• Able to interpret drawings and implement those at the site accordingly.
• Estimate materials as per requisition
• Supervise surveying building layout.
• Supervise all rebar works and formwork before pouring concrete, as per the drawing, etc, and other construction works.
• Maintain site observation and monitoring books.
• Able to guide subcontractors with the daily work programs.
• Able to supervise the finishing works as per standard and quality.
• Check & confirm safety & security during site work.
• Maintain & control sequential site work regularly.
• Check the quality of materials & workmanship during site work.
• Supervise all project activities and control the wastage of materials.
• Should have sound knowledge in quality control, safety security and project management system of high rise building having multiple basement.
• Supervise and monitor all construction works to ensure progress of construction as per drawing and other relevant documents.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work as per design specification.
• Preparing estimates, checking requisition list, ensure quantity & quality, stock-control.
• Ability to effectively inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building codes, safety codes and other regulations
• Ability to effectively read and understand construction drawings
• Excellent communication skills and strong team players skills
• Ensuring proper utilization’s of capital goods, machinery etc.

• Building Construction, Civil Construction works, Construction Estimation, Site Management
• Able to ensure Project engineering schedule.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Should have sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Internet surfing, E-mail, etc
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure independently.
