Job Context

Imperial Infratech (JV) Ltd is an environment-friendly concrete block and building materials company having modern state-of-the art machineries and a wide rage of product offerings. We are looking for an Experienced & Versatile Engineer for the Construction Management of our Factory Buildings, Service Buildings, Internal Roads, Utility Connectivity and other associated constructions within our Industrial Premises. After Completion of the Project, candidates have the opportunity to explore other career options within the Company.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate, Monitor and Supervise all Activities of Civil Construction, Steel Erection, Machineries Erection, Road Construction, Electrical, Plumbing and Beautification work.
• Quality Control, Cost Control and Time Management.
• Materials Inventory Control.
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications and approved standards.
• Verification of Quality & Quantity of Materials from the Suppliers.
• Ensuring Quality Workmanship is strictly maintained.
• Close Monitoring the work of Contractor, Sub-Contractor, Vendors and Technicians.
• Resolving any unexpected Technical Difficulties, and other construction challenges that may arise.
• Documentation and Regular Progress Reporting to the Management.
• Target vs. Achievement Analysis
• Acting as a Project In charge & Primary Technical Adviser on the construction site.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Civil, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
• Training/Trade Course: Active Participation in Trainings andor Technical Workshops with completion records.
• Skills Required: Building Construction, Civil Construction, Construction Audit, Construction site, Electrical Installation, Industrial Plumbing, Leadership and Good Communication skill.

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Budgetary Control, Civil Project Engineer, Construction, Construction cost estimation, Contractor and Sub Contractor, Mechanical. Electrical, Planning and monitoring, Project Management, Quality Control Management, Vendor management

Additional Requirements

• Must have proven and practical experience with Civil & Steel Construction, Road Construction, Plumbing & Electrical Works.
