Applications are invited from the deserving candidates for this position.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers.
• Estimate and establish budgets for purchases.
• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Review all vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain purchase records and other important data.
• Negotiate pricing and supply contracts.
• Develop plans for purchasing, services and supplies.
• Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards.
• Work with team members to complete duties as needed.
• Maintain and update a list of suppliers.
• Ability to negotiate contracts.
• Ability to multitask, priorities and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Accurate attention to detail.
• Goal-oriented, organized team player.
• Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• 2 to 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Interior Construction, Interior Project, Purchase Procurement
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Group of Companies, Interior Design, Real Estate, Developer

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 45 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Experience on Procurement & Purchase.
• Educational qualification will be relaxed who have experience more than 10 years in this field.
• Problem-solving skills and provide support to other team members.
