Job Responsibilities

• Monitor PQ & tender notices on eGP, GEBIZ & other portals.
• In charge of Tender in pre & post activities such as pre-qualification / tender briefing, preparation & documentation for tender participation.
• Evaluate the notices to identify the winning potential for participation.
• Lead the team on quantity take offs, estimation, prepare tender submission, budgeted cost, sourcing partners, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
• Liaise with our various internal stakeholders & subject matter experts on tender submission.
• Preparation of list of qualified bidders for comparison, cost analysis to estimate the winning price and strategies.
• Negotiations and awarding of sub-contractors after successful bidding of the tender.
• Execute other assigned tasks as delegated by superior.
