Job Description

• Monitor & Coordinate the activities of Area Sales manager & distributors.
• Prepare Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly sales target.
• Maximize unit-wise sales achievement of the region.
• The development plan should cover aspects of trade marketing, Product development (quality, packaging etc.), market development, manpower issues, Distribution development and logistic support.
• Recommend new distributor appointment.
• Monitor scheduling and implementing all the lifting of the region and communicate with the Head office accordingly.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales and other activities.

Job Qualification

• Masters degree in any discipline
• Masters / Bachelor from any reputed University with good academic result.

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Smart, energetic and hard working.
• Good organization and planning skills.
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
• Build a strong relationship with the customers.
• 1-3 Years of experience in similar position.
