Keeping an eye on all the operations of the Restaurant, including activities of all departments
Responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising staff, managing and coordinating employees.
Develops and formulates Sales strategies and promotes the image of the Park.
Ensure best client service is being made available through communication amongst the team, cross training within the department and appropriate office coverage.
Provides positive and aggressive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential
Planning maintenance works, events, and room bookings.
Motivating workers and promoting teamwork to ensure optimum service and guests’ needs are met.
Organizing and coordinating the use and rental of park spaces for social events, meetings, and parties, and conferences, etc.
Ensuring good, smooth, and effective interaction with guests.
Monitoring daily and monthly revenue generated, as well as cost and expenses.
Keeping track of budgets and expenses, including reviewing financial reports and statements.
Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the Park’s annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan.
Ensure full compliance to Park operating controls, policies, procedures and service standards.
Manage on-going profitability of the Park, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
Closely monitor the Park business reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly.
Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Rooms, Food & Beverage, Admin & General, on target and accurate.
Be accountable for responsibilities of department heads and take ownership of all guest complaints.
Provide effective leadership to park team members.
Corporate client handling and take part in new client acquisition along with the sales team whenever required.
Responsible for legalization, Occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations and other legal requirements.
