Job Context

Rupayan Housing Estates Ltd. is looking for dynamic, energetic, certified construction safety supervisor for ongoing project who has to ensure the construction safety at sites, health and environmental issues. He has to make the complete safety and health SOP for the site and ensure smooth implementation of those.

Job Responsibilities

• Educate workers about the company’s safety policy and procedures that they need to follow strictly.
• Check workers to ensure that they are wearing the right type of PPE (helmets, mask, gloves, safety shoes, jackets, safety belt etc.) before they begin their shift at site.
• Apart from construction safety, the candidate should ensure other environment protection system/process.
• Monitor safety performance of on-site workers.
• Risk assessment of location/work process.
• Ensure visitors safety procedure.
• Ensure proper safety marking.
• Identify and remove unsafe or hazardous materials from the site.
• Ensure safe dumping of construction materials.
• Ensure proper protection for electrical and civil engineering works.
• Must be able to establish a safe Fire protection system at site.
• Regularly inspect and identify safety weakness/ violations and health hazards and rectify those.
• Perform accident investigations to gauge measures that need to be taken to prevent them for repeating next time.
• Carry out HSE incident investigation and reporting whenever needed.

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Enforce Safe Work Practices.
• Training and certificates in any Fire protection or Safety system.
• Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines.
• Excellent report writing and record keeping ability.
• Correct Unsafe Conditions.
• Prevent Lingering Unsafe or Unhealthful Workplace Conditions or Hazards.
• Investigate Workplace Accidents.
