Job Context

• Glassco Scientific & Analytical Company is an Importer, indenter, Whole seller, Retailor and Supplier of All kinds Scientific & Laboratory Equipment all over Bangladesh Specially to the sector of Pharmaceutical industry, Hospital, Public & Private University, Research Institute, Health Lab, Environmental Lab, Dying & Knitting industry etc. all kinds of Laboratory instruments like Chromatography system, Testing meters, lab Glassware, Plastic ware Textile testing equipment, Weight Scales, Balance, Platform scales & laboratory Machinery, We are also the stockholder of Pharmaceutical instruments & Row Material, Industrial QC products, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Physics lab and water testing kits, Environmental and Fisheries all over Bangladesh.
• Workplace: Work at office and visit the client all over Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities

• Installation & Maintenance / Service for Laboratory Instrument.
• Conduct Installation , Commissioning and Operational training on Laboratory instruments
• Trouble Shoot/Diagnosis / Repair of Laboratory Instrument.
• Update Technical Knowledge and apply to grow.
• Prepare Databases of Customers and update on regular basis.
• Monthly report on Service and activities to the Manager responsible.
• Develop a Brand image for the company by Installing Lab Instrument and Ensuring quality Service to clients.
• Ensure the customer fast and in time Service and maintenance of the equipment
• Visit to the prospective customer’s Laboratory.
• Follow up call to the present client like RI, EI, H&PI, TDI.
• Coordinate between Management, Quality Control, Maintenance, Tender & Quotation, Procurement and other related teams to ensure smooth Business Growth.
• Planning and execution to ensure minimize order & installation & Delivery time.
• Raise purchase requisition for Spare Parts, Accessories of Lab Equipment/material requirements and to ensure that materials are properly available.
• Collect, analyze, summarize and present Maintenance & Service data, information and trends to management.
• Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.
• E-GP tender submit.
• Visit New Places To Find New Customers & Belt good relationship With Customer.
• Any other task assigned by Management.

• Bachelor Degree in any Reputed Institute.
