• Diana Host Ltd. is a reputed ITES company in Bangladesh ICT sector. DianaHost currently provides Web Hosting, Domain Name Registration, Web Server, Web Development, Software Development, Graphics Design, SAAS, IAAS, Applications, and have Re-seller Programmes.

Job Responsibilities

• Market Related
• Do market research regarding local and global new technologies
• Research competitors and make analytical reports
• Focus should be to increase the growth of the company in global presence
• Should be able to take initiatives and work on their own to achieve targets.
• Support Related
• Contact the clients and customers to discuss their need and how they get their services & supports.
• Receive inbound calls/live chats/ Social media message queries and provide necessary information to clients as per our internal Knowledgebase.
• Understand client issues provide necessary support and escalate if additional support needed escalate the issue to concern support departments.
• Client Related
• Push up/Followup customers to purchase service
• Must contact clients and potential customers to discuss their products would meet their requirements.
• Should provide a concise description of the products and services to the customers and draw attention to the benefits of the available services.
• capable to handle customer queries instantly
• Sales Related
• Should be able to take initiatives and work on their own to achieve targets.
• Should be competitive and confident
• Excellent negotiation skill and sound knowledge.
• Product Knowledge
• Good time-management skills.
• Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management.
• Team Related
• Be a good team player.
• Basic Computer Skills which includes but not limited to MS Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Drive and Some CMS.
• Have to be a quick learner.
• Helping team members develop their skill
