DCCIL (Ducon Construction Chemical Industries Ltd.), is one of the largest Construction Chemicals manufacturing company in Bangladesh, is in the process of expanding its operation into the national market. DCCIL (Ducon Construction Chemical Industries Ltd.), is looking for (Sales & Marketing Officer/SR) for Construction Chemicals.

Job Responsibilities

• Developing a market for construction chemicals.
• To achieve Sales Target of the Company.
• To visit Masons and Engineers for Prescribing and sales Our Products
• To ensure Collection, Deposit, Productivity, and Expansion of the Company.
• Develop a business plan and collect information from competitors
• Capable of expanding new dealer network to achieve sales growth.
• To create a new dealership in a vacant area for expanding market share.
• To perform market development-related initiatives according to the given instructions of the superiors.
• Plan and achieve new Dealer network expansion target by monthly, quarterly, and yearly with searching new customers.
• Must have the patience to work at the field level.
• Maintain new dealer inquiries & application data.
• Regular MIS & good communication.
• Ability to strong leadership and teamwork to achieve business goals.
• Ready to take any kind of responsibilities given by management

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Engineering

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Sales and Marketing in FMCG or Pharmaceutical are encouraged to apply
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Must-Have a motorcycle and driving license on his own
