Job Context

CHEMITO International Ltd., is one of the largest Construction Chemicals manufacturing company in Bangladesh established in 2015, is in the process of expanding its operation into the trade market. CHEMITO International Ltd is looking for Sales Officer/Regional Sales Officer for Construction Chemicals. We are giving District/Thana level dealer for our product sales and promotions.

Job Responsibilities

• Developing a market for construction chemicals.
• To achieve Sales Target of the Company.
• To visit Masons, Contractor, Home owner and Engineers for Prescribing and sales Our Products.
• To ensure Collection, Deposit, Productivity, and Expansion of the Company.
• Develop a business plan and collect information from competitors.
• To create a new dealership in a vacant area for expanding market share.
• To perform market development-related initiatives according to the given instructions of the superiors.
• Must have the patience to work at the field level.
• Maintain new dealer inquiries & application data.
• Regular MIS & good communication.
• Ready to take any kind of responsibilities given by management.
• Say “Yes” type attitude.
• Should be prepared for frequent tour(s) throughout the assigned territory

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline /Diploma in Civil Technology/Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 2 year(s)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• The applicants should get preference in the following area(s): Construction chemical
• industries, Cement Industries, Steel industries, Paint industries etc
