Job Responsibilities

• Good knowledge on all type of sample making as per buyer’s requirements.
• Manage submission of samples to buyer and follow-up approval.
• Commenting on pattern correction based on Fit, Size & Quality to production department.
• Process simplification to increase productivity and secure quality.
• Advice technical guideline to Pattern Master & QC
• Ensure cutting fabric pattern making and develop sample making pattern
• Follow up pattern as assigned by buyers for SMS, PP sample & approved accordingly.
• Communicate with the vendors, pattern makers and technicians for all sample related issues to ensure quality standards are achieved.
• Ensures that safety, quality, maintain compliance issues are taken as part of the job.
• Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site means proper housekeeping
• Maintain T&A produce by merchandiser
• Ability to understand potential risk factors for bulk production
• Any other task as assigned by the superior

• At least Graduate at any discipline
• Skills Required: Accurate Sample Development, Buyer Handling, Merchandising Handling, Sample Product Risk Assessment, To use CAD system to prepare knit garment sample and production mark

• At least 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  garments sample, Sample Section Management
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 35 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• The applicants should have experience in export oriented Knit Composite Garments Factory.
• Should have ability to work with team.
• Strong decision making and leadership skill.
• Proactive and ability to work under tight schedule.
• Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
• Excellent communication skills both in English & Bangla
