Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP QM Module.
• Design, configure and conduct testing in SAP QM Module.
• Perform detailed analysis (identify, interpret, validate) of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; subsequently ensure documentation of user’s requirements.
• Act as liaison with users for troubleshooting, investigate, analyze and solve software problems
• Designing and implementing SAP related projects for new businesses.
• Ensure documentation of functional designs, test cases and results.
• Provide training and user support as and when required.

Educational Requirements

• Post Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, CSE/IT degree will be given preferences.

Experience Requirements

• At least 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 28 years
• Expertise in Collaboration services (Outlook, SharePoint, skype for business etc.
• Working knowledge with different roles of Servers, storages and Backup systems.
• Strong knowledge of system and network administration.
• Certifications in CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, including HP/DELL/ IBM/EMC server and storage system, Data center or related field will be taken an advantage.
• Strong knowledge in Windows, VMware, Linux, Active directory, Group Policy, ADFS, file server, ADRMS, PKI infrastructure, Bit Locker, Web Server, System Center Suite, Virtualization, High Availability, Backup System.
