Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining all appointments and meeting schedules of the Chairman and updating him regularly.
  • Contact with all stakeholders/communications on behalf of Chairman through email, phone call, and other social media.
  • Concocting and publicizing different business letters to different overseas and local concerns as per directions of Chairman.
  • Dealing with Embassy.
  • Preparing meeting minutes and other secretarial notes on different issues concerned with the Chairman for the Group of companies.
  • Following-up actions on pending important issues.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Accompanying Chairman in the time of visiting different establishments and taking notes.
  • Notifying Chairman on upcoming events and formulating necessary arrangements.
  • Maintaining confidential Papers, files, and agreements.
  • Communicate with concerned Govt. and non-Govt. organizations for any documentation purpose.
  • Maintaining and updating a database for all communication of Chairman.
  • Directing & Coordinating MD’s daily priorities, appointments, calendar, tasks, meetings, deadlines, etc.
  • Provide daily operational and high-level confidential support to MD.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Personal Secretary, Business Secretary
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies or multinational companies, Banks, Corporate Houses
  • Both Male or Females are allowed to apply
  • Good command of English & Bangla (Writing & Communicating).
  • Must have Sound knowledge in computer literacy, especially MS Office, Internet & other communicative operation Applications.
  • Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
  • Should have working experience in performing all kinds of secretarial works of Chairman
  • Should have cross-functional working skills.
  • Able to perform all kinds of secretarial works.
