Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall security of all properties of the Company.
• Monitor & supervise overall management of Security personnel of the Company.
• Ensure safety of the company’s properties, assets and staff.
• Prepare duty roster & maintain proper discipline of the security guards.
• Check & verify all the incoming and outgoing goods with delivery challan and gate pass.
• Maintain and keep updating different types of registers (Guard’s Duty Roster, Vehicle, Officer’s In/Out, Visitor, Key register, etc).
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
• Individual instructions for each post, attendance, use of security equipment, dress standard,
• Initiate all security clearances and maintain appropriate records.
• Conduct regular ‘Fall In’ and training on security related activities for security guards.
• Ensure the safety, security & Fire related equipment’s.
• Capable to monitor and control the organizations Security Team and the security operations.
• Maintain liaison with Local law enforcing agencies and Govt. intelligence law agencies.
• Ensure security of materials in the company’s sites by regular visit/checking procedure.
• Record daily observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities.
• Develop/update the security system to maintain a safe work environment in the Company.
• Time to time report to the senior management about any issues.
• Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

• At least 10 year(s)

• Age at most 45 years

• Must have a pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Must have working experience related to security and safety.
• Must be fluent in written and verbal communication.
