Job Context

Walton Digi-Tech Industries Ltd. invites experienced candidates for the position of Senior Advocate-Land Purchase and other land related issues.

Job Responsibilities

• To understand all land related documents (C.S, S.A, R.A, R.S, City Jorip, Deed, Via Deed, Porcha, Warish Sonod, Wakalotnama, Dag, Khatian etc.)
• To support the company on various kinds of documents & activities for land purchase
• To coordinate land related all legal matters & maintain liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. organization such as DC Office, AC Land office, Sub-Registry office, Tahshil Office and land dispute court etc.
• To deal with land related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, Tax & VAT, mortgage, registration/deed/agreement/bayna, commissioning, mutation of land & other legal documents from related Govt. department etc.
• To understand land category changing process (Industrial, Agricultural, Viti, Null, Bari, Nala, Doba etc.)
• To understand and handling land related issues like; Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-Kabla deed, various legal letters/reply against letter/affidavit/agreement/contract/deed etc.
• To source potential lands and effectively negotiate with vendors or landowners to ensure the lands
• To monitor land related legal issues and keep records up to date

Educational Requirements

• LLB (Honors)/LLM from any reputed University

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Land and Legal, Land issue handling, Land Purchase

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 28 years
• Bar Council Membership is required
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good knowledge on Law of Land
• Good knowledge about land measurement, land mutation, land registration, land ownership
• Capable to review and evaluate land values for procurement
• Capable of prompt and careful handling with the Land owners
• Organized with the ability to priorities and focus on what is important
• Familiarity with local & International law
