• Inspoxpert consultants is a leading Education & Migration Consulting Company based in Sydney, Australia. Inspoxpert consultants Bangladesh – ICB is its operating name in Bangladesh located both in Dhaka and Chattogram.
• We are currently looking for “Senior Education Consultants (File management)” for an immediate appointment for its Dhaka office.

Job Responsibilities

• Candidates meeting the following criteria are requested to send their applications with CV:
• Experience is mandatory as an Australian Education counsellor. (Counselling students for studying abroad and processing a file for Australian visa application)
• Must have attention to details.
• This role is suitable for the candidates who have exceptional English writing ability.
• Must have experience to sort out documents against a checklist and be organized in document arrangement.
• Excellence in solving problems, great customer experience, and love for helping customers.
• Ability to get the job done from individual and team (take ownership of the position).
• Must have knowledge of Australian Education Institutions Entry Requirements (English, Academic, courses & providers as well as latest regulations).
• Must be able to oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Services, ensuring that the process runs smoothly;
• Confirming that all the information provided to the client is accurate and up to date.
• Preparing and checking all legal and non-legal documents.
• Assisting the back-end to complete all relevant visa and immigration-related documents and ensuring that they are received within the time limit set by the respective government authority or agency.

Educational Requirements

• A bachelor degree & Master’s degree in any discipline from UGC Approved Public or Private University.
• Training/certificate PIER, QEAC certified applicants will get priority

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 35 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Client support through phone, tele-marketing, online (web/ e-mail) support etc.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration, student counseling.
• Proven experience as sales /foreign education counseling.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Candidate must have solid understanding of technology/digital products
• We prefer candidates who are willing to hustle to serve clients and get problems sorted out managing multiple issues at a time.
