Job Context

We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic marketing and sales Sr. Executive & Asst. Manager who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate/ Land Development industry. This candidate should have at least 2 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing Land Developer Real Estate, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Able to make sure about all the above matters must have to be done A-Z in Sales and Marketing division under management dynamic leadership.
• Find Prospective Client by door to door field visit.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan.
• Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirement.
• Prepare monthly sales report & provide feedback to Supervisor on regular basis.
• Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database and keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs
• Ensure progress in the sales process and create strategic proposals to meet potential clients.
• Potential clients maintain & keep a good relationship with the existing clients.
• Responsible for achieving the assigned sales target.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.

• Bachelor / Master’s in any field from any recognized university /reputed institution.

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Land and Apartment sales.

• Good communication skills, Negotiation Persuasion Skills, Target Oriented.
