Job Context

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking to hire skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to executions.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaignsincluding web, SEO/SEM marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns for three companies e.g., Slick Tutor (an online tutoring platform), RaiZan Solutions, UPS Store.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brains storm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end/target customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Develop and manage website & social media contents.
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Work with various content formatssuch as blogs, videos, audio podcasts etc.
• Any other tasks assigned by management

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Preferred Professional Certification: Digital MArketing

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manpower Recruitment, Packaging Industry

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Proven experience of 3-5 Years in Digital Marketing.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, Google adds, social media and /or display advertising campaigns
