Job Responsibilities

  • Candidates must have experience in recruitment, sourcing, training and administratin.
  • Follow up compensation and benefit like employee’s salary & wages, increment, overtime and other incentives.
  • Candidates must have to carry positive leadership attitude.
  • Have to ensure positive work environment to run smooth office work.
  • Organizational asset management.
  • Monitor day-to-day activities of HR & Admin departments as well other departments as all other departments’ work must be ensured.
  • Maintain & update daily attendance, leave management and daily work schedule.
  • Maintain HRIS & payroll management.
  • Maintain official online server and ERP.
  • Ability to guide office staff and supervise junior’s work.
  • Perform and supervise all the administrative work
  • Ensure that employees are punctual and sound office environment.
  • Have thorough knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 and Rules 2015 and able to implement law.
  • Analyze monthly employee work performance.
  • Implement HR policies, guidelines for establishing smooth HR & Admin operation.
  • Maintain relationship and communication between employee and upper level management.
  • Managing the activities of security issue like CC camera and others.
  • Maintain and manage organizational asset like workstation computer, AC, printer and other fixed asset.
  • Maintain office storage locate in bosila, Dhaka
  • To implement other administrative-related work as per the decision of Management.
