Job Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research to detect legal compliance requirements/ risk factor/consequences and impact.
• Prepare/conduct bank related legal documents i.e. vetting, Mortgage Deed, I.G.P.A., Tripartite Agreement, Revocation, Redemption, Legal Notice and others legal documents.
• Effective and practical skill in drafting, vetting and perusal of MoU, MoA, NDA, local and cross boundary Agreements.
• To ensure compliance of vetting opinion/security documents/security process with the existing law of the country.
• Practical experience is must in dealing with land purchase process including verification of land documents, searching, registration of transfer documents and conducting mutation and related land issues.
• Carry on other activities assigned by the management

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Law (LLB)
• L.L.M from any Reputed Public University.

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Corporate and Commercial Law, Legal
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 25 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
• Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concerned departments & parties
• Must have skills in negotiation & conciliation
