Department: Product Development (PD)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and introduce new packaging trend in line with business strategy for new products as well as existing range
• Develop cost effective packaging materials specification & ancillary materials including verification of quality information on printed packaging materials
• Manage the packaging samples throughout the development process and direct, participate as well as drive packaging trials on production lines
• Conduct alternative supplier evaluation trials and involving in the vendor approval process of packaging materials along with commercial department
• Follow risk management procedures throughout the life cycle of packaging development
• Review of transit trials with the process and sales team

Educational Requirements

• Masters in Science/ MBA from reputed university
• Diploma In Packaging Materials/Technology or PGD in Packaging will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements

• 4 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 35 years
• 4/5 years’ relevant experience will get preference
• Adequate knowledge in MS Office
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
