Business Partner with concerned divisions to integrate HR strategies with organizational/divisional strategy
Provide HR consulting services to concerned division as it relates to HR programs and policies, often encompassing all areas of HR
Provide policy guidance and interpretation; recommend and implement changes as needed
Provide day-to-day, mid-year, and annual performance management guidance to line management
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations in co-ordination with Employee Relations
Execute full cycle recruitment plans and talent sourcing strategies that guarantee the attraction, selection, and successful recruitment of talents
Evaluate individual development needs of the concerned divisions and execute development initiatives in coordination with L&D.
The role as Head of Organizational Development:
Performance Management – Support the implementation of the performance management processes. Ensure all related pillars of performance management like manager & employee enablement, goal setting, appraisal, feedback etc. are adhered to across the organization
Talent Management – Support business leaders, and HRBPs to implement processes related to talent reviews.
Learning & Development – Support the launch of learning interventions for different functions as per the training need
HR/OD Projects – Support in delivery of HR/OD projects related to development, mobility, culture, safeguarding/respectful workplace in the organization.

Educational Requirements
Business graduate from a reputed and government approved University in home/abroad
Post graduate diploma in HRM or HR Certification (SPHRi, SHRM-CP, CIPD etc.) from recognized and reputed institute would be an added advantage
Experience Requirements
At least 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements
At least 10 years of proven HR experience in multinational organizations having high level exposure to HRBP and OD roles
Hands-on experience in designing and delivering workforce planning, OD frameworks, change management, talent reviews and succession planning, training & development, performance management
Have executive presence and strong communication skills to partner with senior leadership team
Advance skills in MS-PowerPoint with ability to create professional presentations
