Job Context

    Facilitate overall HR and Administration Safety, Security, Hygiene and cleanliness processes by ensuring the following activities as explained below are completed/executed/delivered within deadline (on time) and actively support to business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Ensure staffing function by sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting right candidates within deadline as per headcount requisition of the concern department.
  • Execute and process employee probation review and annual performance management and analyze performance aligning concern department head for confirmation, increment etc.
  • Ensure employee counseling & motivation, specially counseling employees who are stressed. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Maintain employee personal records/files both in hard and soft format confidentially.
  • Accurately maintain, ensure and record employee attendance, leave regularly.
  • Accurately prepare all kinds of payment sheet (salary, wages, allowance, OT, bonus, advance, EL encasement, etc.) and deduction and sent to head office for disbursement.
  • Prepare all kinds of reports; monthly HR report, department-wise service analysis report, comparative analysis with production and manpower cost, salary & OT analysis.
  • Maintain office canteen properly and ensure standard food is served in a healthy atmosphere at a reasonable cost.
  • Maintain the employee dormitory with safe and secured way to ensure a consumable leaving atmosphere prevails within the company.
  • Follow up on vehicle maintenance, rentals, other maintenance, and servicing, as well as consumables/spare parts required to be optimally purchased. And ensure proper documentation, records and approvals of all job. Plan, control, record and maintain office transport, equipment, property, assets, and other movable and immovable properties.
  • Maintain a working relationships with all relevant stakeholders in the government and non-government sector. Liaison with Local / Govt Authorities for getting Approvals, Clearances, NOCs as required. Ensue and meet all statutory, regulatory & compliance requirement. Ensure proper documentation & audit as per regulatory requirement.
  • Manage employees’ grievances; Resolve Workplace Conflicts, staff grievances, disciplinary issues and termination.
  • Supervise and monitor overall factory security, security personnel, emergency, fire safety, people and its administration.
  • Ensure work place health & safety, occupational health & safety, fire safety and maintain required records/documentation.
  • Ensuring Food Hygiene, cleanliness and Sanitation SOP’s at all production areas. Ensure work place hygiene, sanitation, cleanliness, pest management control are in place and inspected on regular basis.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

  • Masters/ MBA (Human Resource Management)

Additional Requirements

  • 5-8 Years FMCG Factory relevant.
  • Must have expert competencies in Labour Law, MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), English and Bangla typing.
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Good understanding of the Factory Operations
  • Needs to be able to align HR strategies with business strategies
  • Ability of influencing people to accept processes for the best Interest of the business.
  • Excellent skills in using computers and software.
  • Sound knowledge in working with MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
  • Dynamic, motivated, energetic, pro-active, driven to meet targets.
  • Good team-player with a feeling for cultural differences as well as positioning within the management team.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a professional manner.

Job Location

Dhaka (Dhamrai)


  • As per company (TK Food) policy but will also commensurate with education and experience.
