To contribute to the Managing Director’s efficiency of the overall business, you will be the one to organise & maintain MD’s day to day schedule & assist him by performing variety of administrative tasks. Personal secretary must have to be quick professionals with great time management & multitasking abilities.
Preparing papers for meetings, arrange meetings & keep minutes
Assist to develop and coordinate the orientation schedules for all new staff.
Ensure proper onboarding of new staff, e.g. managing workspace, providing- computer, email ID, manuals, policies, etc.
Update employee status for payroll purposes and compile payroll details every month and the changes thereof and liaise with the HR & Finance team (as appropriate).
Assisting to maintain HR database and Personnel files.
Provide necessary support to staff on the HR system including; updating staff records, timely approval of staff leaves, and timely submission of monthly timesheets.
Ensuring and receiving Time-sheet from all staff.

Minimum 3-5 Years working experience in HR & Admin.

Must have good command in both English and Bengali.
Computer Skill at MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing
Computer skill must have typing speed: English & Bangla both 40.
Must be capable to work under pressure.
